This system teaches six ranges: Kicking, Punching/Boxing, Trapping, Standing Grappling, Ground Grappling, and Split Range. Each range will incorporate a combination of punching, kicking, empty hand striking, trapping, joint manipulation, chokes, sweeps, throws, maneuverability, and positioning.

MMA training doesn’t have to be intimidating, and it is suitable for anyone, regardless of your current athleticism or skillset. Even if you have never participated in martial arts classes before, our MMA classes are a perfect place to build mind-body cohesiveness and your improve your fitness.
