Freestyle Kick Boxing teaches four ranges: Kicking, Punching/Boxing, Trapping, and Split Range. Each range will incorporate a combination of punching, kicking, empty hand striking, trapping, sweeps, maneuverability, and positioning. This system places a lot of emphasis on learning to zone on your opponent through the use of phenomenal footwork and mobility as well as unique striking angles.
